to make yourself look right. You have an uncanny ability to twist the argument, scenario, criteria in whatever fashion you feel like to make your point look valid. You purposely include a scenario that we were not specifically talking about and restate quite obvious engine theory. The point of the discussion was not Devin's versus your chip, it was JWT being safe when you said it was not (not in so many words). You've been proven wrong and have offered NO solid evidence about the retarded timing issue at high RPM when boost cannot be altered. Your "proof" on that last thread is about two products I wasn't even comparing and you even agreed to my core statement. Your only comeback was "there's more to it than that". Good evidence my friend. You're right, there IS a lot more to tuning than one timing variable, but you and I both know it doesn't change the argument. You COULD make a new setup that was 100% perfect as far as the common thoughts on ECU tuning go but you wont because your ego is too big and you cannot ever admit you were even slightly wrong. Not to mention, what would you do/say to all those people with the current chips? Biting the bullet isn't in your vocabulary :( The sad fact is, you don't NEED to prove it. Those of us that actually read books and research things don't buy your chip. Sadly, most people here are too involved in their lives to care THAT much about a chip on a car and I can understand that. They just take your words and any anecdotal evidence you come up with at face value. So rest assured you'll always have plenty of business. And again in case you forgot, I wasn't stating the JWT was better than the AshSpec, I was stating the JWT was not unsafe. You guys dug your own hole on this one :( You can try to blame me ALL you want about discrediting you guys at Z1 but you have done most of it YOURSELVES. Your boss has admitted as much and as far as I'm concerned. That's all the proof I need to not feel guilty about it. You'd be fine if you didn't inject your opinion into 15 different places within a thread when you have a vested interest in the outcome.
